Job Responsibilities:
The Vancouver Office of Golder Associates is seeking a proactive and self-motivated team player to provide administrative support to the Western Canadian operations as a Word Processor on a hourly basis. Your duties will include, but not be limited to:
* Word processing, formatting proposals, reports and all documents;
* Various data entry using Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.);
* Printing, Scanning, E-Filing and physical archiving documents;
* Follow established Golder style guide, templates and related processes;
* Document assembly using Adobe Acrobat;
* Ensure deliverables are on time and on budget and
* General assistance to other Administrative Assistants in the office as required.

Job Requirements:
The successful candidate will be relied upon to deliver administrative support to various professional and administrative staff. A motivation to provide high quality customer service is essential to the role. In addition, the candidate should have the following qualifications and skills:
* Minimum 2 years of experience providing administrative support in a professional office environment;
* Graduate of business administration college preferred;
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Adobe;
* Team player with a flexible, can-do attitude;
* Willingness to learn and implement systems;
* Attention to detail and ownership of delegated tasks;
* Excellent organizational skills (record keeping, time management, follow up);
* Good communication skills (listening, speaking and writing), friendly and pleasant manner;
* Ability to provide quality customer service to our internal clients;
* The ability to take directions and seek clarification as needed;
* Good problem solving skills with the initiative and ability to identify alternative solutions.
* Ability to learn processes quickly and prioritize client requirements and
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
