Job Responsibilities

Golder Associates is seeking a Project Administrator on a 12 month contract to join its dynamic Sydney office based in St. Leonards. The successful candidate will be involved in a broad range of responsibilities including and not limited to:
* Quality control of project deliverables
* Actively pursue new opportunities to reduce the administrative burden of project work from consultants
* Document control and data entry
* Client telephone enquiries
* Ensuring timesheets and expenses are entered by all NSW staff in a timely manner
* Assist with Site mobilisation and project logistics
* Tender preparation assistance
* Support Project Managers in managing the Subcontractor Database
* Manage the team documentation including minutes and agendas of group meetings
* Assist Group Manager and other senior staff within the group
* Other administrative duties as required

Job Requirements

The successful candidate will have the following skills and qualifications:

•Prior experience in a similar role
•Advanced Microsoft application skills; Word, Excel, PowerPoint
•Ability to act independently using sound judgement
•Able to prioritize and meet deadlines through proven organizational skills
•Polished “follow up” and information gathering skills
•Detail-oriented, with an emphasis on quality of work
•Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-dimensional role
•Excellent organizational skills
