Job Responsibilities:
Golder Associates is looking for an experienced quality manager to lead our Asia Pacific team; this position can be Brisbane or Sydney based.

In this role you will be responsible for the ongoing development and delivery of strategic integrated management systems (IMS) for Golder Associates’ offices across Australia, New Zealand and Asia. You will oversee all IMS activities to ensure services are developed and delivered in accordance with established ISO, quality, health, safety, environment and performance standards.

You will proactively identify and address improvement opportunities that align with and support the business’ strategy; provide leadership to the IMS team, ensuring quality performance and compliance with client demands, internal policies and procedures.

As part of your responsibilities you will develop and implement the business annual internal and external audit program; assist internal disciplines with proposals and tender submissions.

Job Requirements:
To be successful in this role you will have demonstrated experience implementing and maintaining procedures that align with ISO standards (ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18001 and AS/NZ4801). You will be impeccable in your communication, presentation and organisational skills as your ability to manage stakeholders at all level within the business will play a major role in this position. Flexibility to travel interstate and overseas is a requirement of the role.
