Job Responsibilities:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Human Resources Advisor on a permanent full time basis to provide HR generalist support primarily to our New South Wales operations, based in the St Leonards office, Sydney. This role will suit a highly motivated and proactive HR Advisor with generalist experience who thrives working in a fast paced and varied environment. You will be a part of a supportive regional HR team and be actively involved across a number of areas including recruitment and selection, employee mobility, performance management and employee engagement, retention activities and training and development.

Job Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will be tertiary qualified with intermediate to senior HR generalist experience in a professional services environment. You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and have the ability to influence and build relationships with senior stakeholders. You will also have strong analytical and problem solving skills and high attention to detail. In line with our core values, you will have a high standard of integrity to act in the company’s best interest given potential pressures. Experience in the successful delivery of HR initiatives and programs will be highly regarded.
