Job Responsibilities:
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and driven Regional Business Development Manager Asia Pacific (APAC) to lead, identify and pursue opportunities within the APAC region and locally. Ideally based in our NSW or Victorian office, you will be responsible for supporting growth in the APAC region and the performance of the Business Development and Marketing Team.

You will continue to drive a strong business development culture across the region and grow revenue by building client relationships and leading the preparation of key regional bids. Reporting to the President - APAC, you will work closely with and be a vital member of our Regional Leadership Team, developing strategies and advice to prioritise business development efforts.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing and mentoring our consultants in business development, with a focus on how to develop and maintain relationships with clients, identify profitable opportunities and develop win strategies.

Job Requirements:
You will be a positive, outgoing and driven individual with a passion for building business relationships and growing revenue. You will have a thorough knowledge of the marketplace, a proven track record of realising opportunities and existing client relationships within the Infrastructure sector. Experience working in the Oil and Gas, Manufacturing, Power and Mining sectors will be highly regarded.

Degree qualified or demonstrated industry experience in an equivalent senior role, you will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to liaise with a diverse group of people at all levels. You will have strong time management, organisational and presentation skills.
