This individual will be responsible for a key client and primary responsibilities include:
- Developing opportunities for growth;
- Developing and maintaining relationships;
- Managing risk;
- Client satisfaction The preferred location for this position in our Houston, TX office, however, we will consider other cities where we have offices.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITY:
- Developing and implementing an account plan that delivers value to the company;
- Sales activities;
- Expanding new service areas or new geographic areas;
- Maintaining master services agreements and contracts
- Developing and maintaining the account relationship;
- Establishing multi-level organization relationships and facilitate and incubate relationships for others;
- Working with Client, technical and project teams to identify, assist with and support Client service needs;
- Managing client satisfaction;
- Building and managing the Client team and network;
- Meeting financial and other targets;
- Regular reporting;
DIRECTION RECEIVED:
Operates with limited supervision, and reports directly to the Global Oil and Gas Sector Leader with a dotted line to the Global Client Relations Leader.
Job Requirements:
- Skills and Attributes:
- Business Management, including: business and financial acumen, strategic vision and planning capabilities, must be able to develop and implement both, be able to recognize opportunities and threats, portfolio management;
- Boundary spanning and relationship building, including: political skills, internal networks, relationships and interactions with clients, client and industry contacts;
- Leadership, communication and team building, including: meeting facilitator, management liaison, conflict resolution, reporting, training coordination;
- Global/Big picture perspective, including: understand global business drivers-economics and industry, consultative selling, cultural empathy, “Whole Company Perspective”
- Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years in building and managing client relationships in Environmental/Engineering Consulting and in Oil & Gas and Pipelines industry.
- Experience managing enterprise level accounts and using a CRM system or tool to share account information;
- Training will be provided for other specific skills.
