Golder Associates Inc. is looking for a Group Administrator in its Lakewood, CO. office.

Responsibilities:

The Group Administrator will be heavily responsible (approximately 75% of time) for document creation, editing, formatting, and assembling binders and proposals for clients.

Additional duties include but not limited to:
* Coordinating with a group of 10 - 20 engineers and scientists to address work production, scheduling and general administrative support.
* Filing of project reports and correspondence.
* Responsible for document creation, editing, and formatting for onsite personnel and client.
* Coordinate logistics for shipments and travel for company personnel.
* Sharepoint development.
* Act as back-up when other receptionists are away.
* Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:
* HS Diploma with a minimum of three (3) years’ experience high-level document support assisting multiple personnel.
* Must have excellent word processing skills and be proficient in use of style-based formatting using MS Word templates.
* Expert level with operating MS Word.
* Working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat Professional.
* Must be a self-starter, self-motivated, detail oriented, ability to prioritize, effectively respond to office workflow issues, possess effective written and oral communication skills, and work well under pressure to meet deadlines.
* Must be able to communicate and schedule tasks appropriate with the technical staff to prepare work product.
