Job Responsibilities:
We are currently recruiting for an Administrative Professional to provide word processing assistance in the Calgary office. The successful candidate will be part of the Prairies & North Document Completion Team.

Responsibilities include:
* Prepare and format reports/proposals and other documentation to meet company/client standards
* Create and compile PDF documents from Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
* Assist Project Managers and Project Coordinators and consultants with document completion
* Perform Quality Assurance/Quality Control checks to ensure quality and consistency in written products
* Ensure deliverables are on time
* Document assembly, including scanning, copying, printing

Job Requirements:
Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in a related position, and completion of studies in word processing/administration at a college or technical school would be an asset. An advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is required, as well as familiarity with PowerPoint and other MS Office programs. Technical editing experience would be an asset.

In addition, the preferred candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:
* Support-oriented attitude;
* Excellent organizational skills (prioritizing, time management, record keeping, follow up);
* Good communication skills (both listening and speaking);
* A friendly, pleasant manner, flexible, can-do attitude, team player;
* Excellent spelling, grammar and proofreading skills; attention to detail;
* Good problem solver with the ability to identify alternative solution; and,
* Knowledge of engineering and environmental consulting and/or related industries would be an asset.
