Job Responsibilities:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Internal Recruiter to join our Human Resources Team in Brisbane. Reporting to the Regional Human Resources Leader, this role is responsible for coordinating and managing the end to end recruitment process that supports the efficient and effective running of the Australasian operations.

This role is for an immediate start and is a 12 month fixed-term, full-time contract.

Your responsibilities include:
* Coordinating the recruitment and selection of staff, including:
* drafting and preparing advertisements for vacant positions;
* preparing all relevant interview and key criteria selection documentation;
* coordinating interview panels;
* undertaking reference checks; and
* ensuring that employee contracts and documentation, including position descriptions, are accurately prepared and distributed.
* Providing advice to hiring managers on best practice recruitment processes and procedures.
* Ensuring the candidate database is accurately maintained.
* Providing relevant and accurate reporting on recruitment activity.
* If required, facilitate the mobility process of new or transferring employees, in consultation with the hiring managers and the Human Resources Advisor.

Job Requirements:

* A strong work ethic and high levels of initiative, enthusiasm and reliability.
* Strong time management and organisational skills, must be able to manage high pressure whilst achieving quality business outcomes.
* Excellent communication skills for face-to-face, telephone and written communication.
* Demonstrated initiative and ability to work with minimum supervision.
* The ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships.
* Taleo and Oracle experience is favourable.
