Job Responsibilities:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Coordinator to be a part of the Golder Associates Business Support team, based the Brisbane office. This is a 12 month contract role with immediate start.

As an integral member of the team, the focus of your role is to provide high level of support to Project Managers to ensure projects are managed efficiently, delivered on time and within budget. This role will suit a highly motivated and proactive individual who is exceptionally detail focused, conscientious and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

You will be responsible for assisting Project Managers with various project coordination tasks such as reporting, updating budget tracking sheets, project schedules, invoicing and accounts receivable and assisting with tender and variation preparation. Other general duties will include site mobilisation, travel and medical bookings, word processing, data management, document control and coordinating client meetings.

Job Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and able to work independently and within a team. You will also have exceptional organisational skills and proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, in particular Excel. Demonstrated customer service experience and previous experience working in a consultancy or professional services environment will be highly regarded. In addition, a Diploma of Business or Project Management qualification will be viewed favourably.
